A flagship in Tokyo and more than 50 locations based on one international store concept.
For more than four decades, I have worked as a designer and Omni-Architect, building IMAGINIF into one of Europe’s leading independent retail design practices, with retail stores and shops at the core of my work. I created complete businesses across both the physical and digital worlds — from store concepts, interiors and customer experiences to brands, websites, e-commerce platforms and digital products.

The logos establish credibility. The section below shows real projects I helped create — from retail environments and rollouts to immersive destinations and brand experience.

Independent projects, life between Varna and Ubud, and a growing network based on friendship rather than business development.
Not agency services. Personal projects created from curiosity, experience and problems I wanted to solve myself.

Retail stores and shops were the core of my career. Through IMAGINIF, I created concepts and rollouts for major international brands and helped shape hundreds of physical retail environments across Europe and Asia.
Omni-Architect means that I connect the complete offline and online business: the store, the brand, the customer journey, the website, the e-commerce platform and the digital product all working together as one coherent system.
In Varna, Ubud or somewhere beyond: coffee, a walk, dinner, an event, a thoughtful conversation or simply meeting someone with a different story. No pitch required.
