How does the intake call work?

We schedule a 60-minute video call. You share your screen, I look at your store live while we talk. Direct, honest feedback — no slides, no pitch. At the end I'll tell you whether a full audit makes sense. The €150 is credited toward the full audit if you continue.

How is the full audit delivered?

A written report structured around the THERE · IN · BUY · BACK framework. Every finding has a screenshot, explanation, and recommended action — ranked by revenue impact. Then a 60-minute call to walk through it together, plus one follow-up question within 30 days.

How long does it take?

The written report is delivered within 7 business days. I take a limited number of audits per month so each one gets full attention. If timing is urgent, mention it in your message.

Do you work in other languages?

Yes — English, Dutch, French, and German. Your audit and our calls can be in any of these four. This also matters for your SEO strategy, which I assess as part of the audit.

I'm not on Shopify — can you help?

Yes. The THERE · IN · BUY · BACK methodology works on any platform — WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, custom builds. My deepest hands-on experience is Shopify, so I'll be upfront if something needs platform-specific expertise I don't have.

My store is new — is it too early?

No — the earlier the better. Most stores are built with structural problems from day one: wrong niche, wrong SEO, wrong positioning. The intake call is designed exactly for this stage.
