40 years of building things
that make people buy.

Physical stores, digital platforms, global rollouts. From Brussels to Tokyo, from film rolls to Shopify. A selection of the projects that shaped the methodology I now apply to your store.

Building online before online existed

From Belgium's first recruitment website to Europe's first online photo store — and a Shopify store still running today.

Bromptonic

United Kingdom · Global

My own Shopify store selling Brompton bicycle accessories. Built from scratch — niche strategy, SEO, product pages, conversion, email. Running and optimised continuously since 2019. This is where I test everything I advise.

The only Shopify consultant who runs their own live store. I live with the same problems you do.
Spector Photo Group

Spector Photo Group

Belgium · Europe

We were already building Spector's physical store network when I convinced them to go online. We built one of Europe's first e-commerce photo services. Customers brought film rolls to one of 100+ stores — prints made by hand, scanned one by one, then available to download or receive on CD.

One of Europe's first e-commerce photo sites. €350M revenue. Brussels Stock Exchange listed.

Interlabor Belgium (Randstad)

Belgium

I convinced the marketing manager at Interlabor Belgium — a Randstad subsidiary — that the internet was the future of job placement. We built Belgium's first online recruitment platform. Before Randstad HQ in the Netherlands built their own. We managed the site for 10 years.

Randstad today: one of the world's two largest staffing companies. €24B revenue. 4,800+ offices in 39 countries. We were first.

Defined what a mobile phone store looks like in Belgium — before anyone had done it.

500 stores. 1,000+ rollouts. 30+ global concepts.

A selection of the physical projects that built the methodology.
